求救：ecshop网店报错MySQL Query Error与Out of memory

空间是买的新网的UNIX全能空间，现在网站有时能打开有时打不开或者打开了网速却很慢！原本以为是新网服务器问题，但新网换服务器后问题乃没有解决，现向高手求救！
主要是报如下的错误信息：
