转换空间出现问题

把程序全部下载了下来，然后上传到新空间，开始的时候就有显示，但是有乱码现象出现，后来说在后天更新缓存，更新缓存之后就出现了这样的现象，然后说要
更改文件 includes/init.php
将
error_reporting(E_ALL);
改成
error_reporting(7);

更改之后又出现这样的现象

更改文件 includes/ini.php
将
error_reporting(E_ALL);
改成
error_reporting(7);

按照你的方法该了init.phh文件后，前台首页没有再出现错误，但全是空白，一点内容都没有，
后台还是会出现以上错误。
