在install/includes/init.php文件里加入一句
date_default_timezone_set ('Asia/Shanghai');

试了试还是同样的错，不行。

那么你重新用2进制上传试下，然后安装。如果还是不行，pm过来你的安装信息，我们看下

我是在我自己机器上直接解压操作的，没有ftp，操作系统是windows xp。
