是否修改了什么东西.编码不对或者是头部有输出内容。请检查程序

第一个错误是你在init.php 自己加了一个变量，但是没赋值，应该是你打错了
后面的应该是连锁反应

是否改过源文件?如果改过,查看一下改过之后的文件编码与改之前的是否一致.
如果这些都确认没有问题,手工去删除一下缓存:
/temp/caches/该目录下仅保留index.htm,其它的全删除;
/temp/compiled/同上一样,仅保留index.htm,其它的全删除;
然后再重新刷新页面看看
