关于网站QQ客服的问题？急！！

我在后台商店设置里设置了QQ客服的号码，如图：


在后台的库项目管理里的fudong.lbi里也做了修改：（红色修改部分）

为什么我网站右侧的QQ客服都是同一个号码呢？还有我网站底部的QQ客服，点击左边的那个就能直接弹出对话框，点击右边的QQ就需要先加为好友才能对话，这是为什么呢？是因为对方Q号的设置吗？网站地址：http://w331952.s60.ufhosted.com/index.php
