关于QQ客服出现的问题？？急！！

网站右侧的悬浮QQ客服，两个QQ客服的号码都是一样的，但是我有设置不同的两个QQ号，请问这是怎么回事儿？后台的商店设置我已经设置好了，如图：

是格式不对吗？是半角的逗号呀？

在后台的库项目管理里的fudong.lbi里也做了修改：（红色修改部分）

最后在高人的指点下终于知道，fudong.lbi文件应该写成这样：
